Someone explain this to me

 I was bored and looked up The Arthurian Ledgend and I came arcross this picture and quote.

I thought the colors reminded me of the cover, then I read the quote.  Now it seems like a clue, if I wasn't blond maybe I could understand it. I wonder if Harry has something of Snape's around his neck?
