I ordered a pairs of Keds tennis shoes with Harry Potter themed art work on them from Zazzle.com. It wasn't photomanip either, it was fan art. I received a notice that said,

"Thank you for your e-mail. The Harry Potter concept is the protected intellectual property of Scholastic Publishing and may not be used on Zazzle products without permission, regardless of who the original artist or photographer may be. We are sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused."

I could understand that if they hadn't been selling the button designs that I made for Portus last year. They are HP themed.  http://www.zazzle.com/Dixiebell12  Just incase you're wondering,  You can set a commission for how much you want, I set it at 5 cents a piece, because I didn't want to make any money off of them I just wanted to know how many I sold. I have made a grand total of $3.50, those Pig buttons sell really well.

Needless to say I'm pissed, I want those damn shoes!
