Finally I can sit back and relax, Christmas is over. Don't get me wrong I love Christmas but I put so much work into it it's a relief when it's over. I shouldn't be such a perfectionist but I like the kids to have all the magic they can experience at Christmas. I think I went a little to far with the sooty boot prints across my white kitchen floor(8yr old has no doubt what so ever that Santa is real) it took an hour to get them up. Now all I have to do is eat all the chocolate in the house before New Years.
I want to thank
I got a lot of great stuff this year, of course I was really good to santa this year(hubby).
I got my Tomtom 920 GPS, I 'll never be lost again <g> and best of all it has Europe maps as well so I can take it back to the UK with me. No more go in circles in Glasgow again, for three hours. I even have it set with a british voice, I named her Bridgett(jones).
I got 2 new Chicken Hunter games(so damn addictive) Chicken Invasion and the Pirate chicken hunter. Unfortunately they were ordered from Germany and I can't understand everthing on the screen. Murdering chickens is so very relaxing.
Best of all he got me 7 Christmas trees, I can't wait to plant them in my yard. Blue point junipers, he bought everyone left at target. They are about 4' tall, but they will eventually get to about 12', Something else to decorate next year<G>
Well now we all have Portus to look forward to in July. I can finally start preparing for that now that Christmas is out of the way.
