dixiebell | Sex Toys, Garage Sales and false advertising

Thank God, today is finally over. Our garage sale was a total bust. We had to have it in a new location and their was no traffic what so ever. All that work for nothing. My sister Malicious Pixie did the advertising in the paper this time. I fully believe proper advertising is the key to a successful yard sale, so next time I will do the listing. I believe I have an idea that will bring people in by the truck load. I'm going to list that I have sex toys for sale! I think people will come just because of the shock value, I mean who ever heard of selling sex toys at yard sales(gross). If anyone dares ask, I will tell them that I have already sold most of them, except for a few butt plugs but I had to put them up because the kids kept playing with them. False advertising I know but I think it will work(LOL).

Anyone have any garage sale stories, what the weirdest thing you have ever sold or saw at a yard sale? I have a few people on my flist that if they had a garage sale I don't know if I would be horrified or excited to see what they might sale. You know who you are!
